Shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 for all orders. Order of $250 or more (before tax & shipping) is eligible for FREE shipping. All stock items will ship within 2-3 days from receiving the order. Back ordered items may take up to 1-2 weeks for shipment. You will receive an e-mail from us regarding the status of each order. We may ship orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on destination. We do not ship internationally.
Returns
Topanga Creek Bicycles guarantees all products to be manufactured with highest workmanship according to manufacturer's standards and are free of defects. All returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and a RMA number must be issued before we can accept any packages being sent back to us.
